PASL Scoreboard: Stars split weekend matches, Pumas and Rapids win again

The Tacoma Stars split their weekend series with the Turlock Express at Starfire.

The PASL club is now 3-3 after six matches.

On Saturday night the Stars beat the Express 10:6. On Sunday afternoon the vistors returned the favor by the exact same score. Here are the latest PASL standings.

Ian Weinberg took over the lead in goals-scored for Tacoma with five scores on the weekend. He scored two on Saturday and then chipped in a hat trick in the Tacoma loss on Sunday.

Things only get tougher for the Stars, who will travel south December 16-18 for matches in Tijuana, San Diego and Anaheim.

PASL-Premier

The Kitsap Pumas moved to 2-0 on the season with an 11:4 win in Marysville against the expansion Ruckus FC on Saturday.

In Bellingham the WSA Rapids pounded the other local expansion side, the South Sound Shock, 11:3 to win their second straight match without a loss.

The Snohomish Soccer Dome was the scene of the Skyhawks’ 9:5 win over the Wenatchee Fire.
