Cheshire, Connecticut (April 2, 2012) NoticeMe!™, the nation’s premier college selection service for high school student-athletes, and the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL), announced today a partnership that will give high school-age players in the WPSL and Youth Premier Soccer League a chance to win college scholarships. The partnership will also enable the WPSL to give back to the communities where its teams play by providing team members with access to the NoticeMe!™ college selection program.
“This partnership helps us fulfill our mission of delivering high-quality soccer programs at all levels to local teams and youth,” said Mr. Joseph Ferrara, WPSL First Associate Commissioner. With theNoticeMe!™ program, Ferrara noted, student-athletes and their families will get direct access to college scholarships, helping future players earn a college education. He said the program also assists those student-athletes who may not play at the college level. “During these difficult economic times,” Ferrara added, “this partnership makes getting a college education much easier and affordable.”
NoticeMe!™ is the nation’s premier sports high school and club/team-specific college selection service. The program is highly personalized for all student-athletes, not just those who want to or can play at the college level. This affordable subscription-based service helps all deserving student athletes get noticed by college coaches and attend college on scholarship.
“We are excited to partner with the WPSL to offer NoticeMe!™ in the communities where the WPSL plays. This will potentially help thousands of high school student-athletes across the United States,” said Mr. Jose Correa, founder and managing partner for NoticeMe!™. “With this partnership, we are also able to support the development of women’s soccer at the highest level. Thanks to NoticeMe!™ and the access to scholarships it provides, the high cost of college tuition today will no longer be a barrier for many women who want an education and the opportunity to continue their soccer career at college,” concluded Correa.
