Ahead of Chelsea FC’s opening US Tour 2012 match in Seattle on Wednesday, July 18, Frank Lampard, Branislav Ivanovic, Petr Cech and Romelu Lukaku were joined at training today by a few Seattle Seahawks players where they swapped shirts and sports for a bit of fun. The July 18 match is part of the World Football Challenge which takes place across North America July 18 through August 11.
This Wednesday, July 18, at 6:30 p.m., the Seattle Sounders and Chelsea F.C. will face off at CenturyLink Field.
Before the game is a special event at family-friendly Allstate Fan Zone, also located at CenturyLink–National Soccer Hall of Fame inductee and former USMNT and MLS player Tony Meola will be signing autographs and spending time with fans.
There will also be chances to win tickets to future Sounders games!
Fan Zone is open from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. The Tony Meola meet-and-greet is on from 5 to 6:15 p.m.
