TACOMA, Wash.— Ian Weinberg scored three in a balanced Tacoma attack as the Stars outscored the Anaheim Bolts 12:9 on Saturday night January 19 at the Pacific Sports Center. The two sides lace up their boots again for a Sunday matinee at 2:05 PM.
The Stars led 3:2 after one quarter when Eli Gordley put Tacoma up on an assist from Daniel Gray. It was 6:3 for the home side until the Bolts pulled one back on a goal from Adriano De Lima just before the halftime whistle.

Ian Weinberg scored two goals for Tacoma in the third quarter as they battled the Bolts back and forth. It was 9:6 Stars after three quarters.
The Bolts pulled to 9:7 before the Stars rattled off two scores to secure the match. New Stars player Evan Denmark and striker Eli Gordley scored unassisted markers to help Tacoma break away.
The Stars improve to 4-6 on the season while Anaheim drops to 5-6 in the PASL (professional) Pacific Division.
