EAST WENATCHEE, WA — The Wenatchee Valley United U14 Boys of the Puget Sound Premier League completed a perfect 12-0-0 division season recently. The high-powered team, coached by Enrique Zalvidar and managed by Eloina Chavez had a whopping plus 60 in the goal differential department, outgunning opponents 66-6. View the team’s PSPL page here.
The closest anyone ever came to challenging United was on October 6 when ISC Gunners B’99 B lost 4:1 to them at Lake Sammamish.
It was actually a race in the division, as FME Force had a great season of their own, getting eleven wins and 33 standing points. Wenatchee Valley and FME Force met on September 22 in East Wenatchee. The result was a 5:0 win for United. That ended up being the difference as WVU finished on top of the PSPL U14 Boys Classic 2 Division with 36 points.
