Zakuani headlines Sunday’s Kingdom Hope charity match at Starfire

TUKWILA, WA — (event release) Steve Zakuani will be back on the pitch this Sunday at Starfire, playing in a charity match for the organization he founded.

Benefitting Steve Zakuani’s non-profit Kingdom Hope, the match will feature some of your favorite former Sounders players as well as players from S2, Seattle Reign, and Sounders Women.

Get your tickets early as this is a unique opportunity to see the likes of Zakuani, Levesque, Hurtado, Traore, Graham, Dragavon, and Ianni in Rave Green one last time!

Also playing will be Sounders assistant coach Brian Schmetzer, S2 head coach Ezra Hendrickson, Sounders tehnical director Chris Henderson, and more.

Sounders FC head coach Sigi Schmid will likely coach one team, while Seattle Reign FC head coach Laura Harvey will coach the other.

Gates open at 2pm. Kick off is at 3pm. The game will be played at Starfire Stadium. TICKETS.
